I came to Jimmy 9 months out of ACL surgery after what I would describe as very mediocre PT at a different facility for the majority of my rehab process. He tested my strength, created an in-depth program specific to me, and since then my knee has been feeling so much better and I am getting so much stronger! If you are looking for down to earth guys who know how to get you back to your sport as soon as possible then these are your guys. Helix PT was able to help me strengthen my hamstrings while helping rehab a grade 2 Pcl sprain. I’ve been working with them for a year now and they have got me in the best form possible to prepare me for my upcoming season. Would 1000% recommend Helix

I was in a bad car wreck over a decade ago which caused me to fracture vertebrae’s in my lower back. I was recommended to do the typical physical therapy procedure, which at the time helped but in the long haul, my back is still very messed up. I took a chance on Dr. Jimmy Rowland cause I was hearing great things & let me tell you how great he is. I’m still doing the physical therapy, but Dr. Rowland incorporates new school workouts to make the sessions fun. I’m training like I’m athlete to build muscle & relief tension in ways I never would thought of. Would 1000% recommend Helix to anyone who wants to take back control over their body. After I get done with Dr. Rowland, I meet with Dr. Jordan Tittle & he works his magic with his hands and aligns my spine back to the way it should. I walk out of Helix Physical therapy & chiropractic feeling like a new person every time.
